Alternate custody: is it a good solution?
Since the 2002 law on parental authority, in the name of the principle of co-parenting, family court judges have recommended joint custody of children to divorcing couples. Very little adopted in practice, this solution gives rise to many controversies. So, what about joint custody? In which cases can it be the right solution, and for whom? Where is the best interest of the child?
